MRS. M. M. McBEAN
Pioneer settler of Clearwater, Manitoba, and resident of Alberta for the past 25 years, Mrs. Mary May McBean, 68 years of age, died Friday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J. R. Hammill, 302 Sharon avenue. The late Mrs. McBean was born in Kincardine, Ont., and had resided in Calgary for the last seven years. She had previously been a resident of Lanfine, Alberta, for a number of years. Her husband, the late Alex McBean, of Youngstown, predeceased her a number of years ago. Surviving are four sons, Fred in Calgary, Peter and Alex at Acme, and Charles at Lanfine; and three daughters, Mrs. Hammill, Calgary, Mrs. Delbert Waters, Airdrie, and Mrs. Harold Smith, Calgary.
