She was born July 28, 1930 in Punxsutawney, the daughter of Byron and Margaret (Brooks) Ishman. She was married to Leno Judice.
Mrs. Judice was a member of St. Tobias Church and the Rosary Society. She was a former banquet manager for the Ramada Inn and a member of the Falls Creek Eagles Ladies Auxiliary and the Contessa Matilda Lodge.
