born to Otto and Lillian (Lacure); daughter Carol OrtaRoland Aigner, 87, of Aurora, passed away on Thursday, March 31, 2005 at Aurora Rehabilitation Center. He was born in Aurora, a son of the late Otto and Lillian (Lacure) Aigner. Roland loved camping and walking his dog, "Brownie." He was a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church, the Holy name Society and the Moose Lodge. Family members include his daughter, Carol (Robert) Orta of Aurora; two grandsons, Jesse LeRette of Aurora and Jason (Michelle) LeRette of Montgomery; and a great-grandson, Cody Michael LeRette. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Lois; his three brothers, Otto "Moses", Eugene, and an infant brother, Donnie; and two sisters, Helen Miller and Rita Ambre. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2005 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church, 620 5th St, Aurora. Father Dean Russell will officiate and luncheon will follow at Dieterle Memorial Home. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, at the church, from 10:00 AM, until the time of services.
