In 1940 she was married to George Lawrence Altman.

Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 pm Wednesday at South Park Cemetery for Barbara Mae McDonough Donahue, 81, of P. O. Box 5633, who died Monday at St. Mary's Regional Hospital.

The Rev. Michael Moss of First Assembly of God Church will officiate.

Burial will be at South Park Cemetery.

Arrangements are being handled by Ballard Funeral Home.

Mrs. Donahue was born on May 8, 1906 in Mayhill to Mr. and Mrs. John Jefferson Mills, both now deceased.

A lifetime resident of Roswell, Mrs. Donahue was a retired package store operator at Rulons.

She was preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers.

Survivors include one daughter, Opal Mae Farris of Roswell; one sister, Nell Lawson and husband Jim Lawson, both of Tucson, Ariz.; six grandsons, Richard Farris, Joe Farris and Matt Farris, all of Dallas, Texas; Henry Farris of Knoxville, Tenn.; Jerry Summers of Houston, Texas, and Tommy Summers of Carlsbad; two granddaughters, Barbara Farris of Roswell and Kathy Simpson of Fort Bragg, NC; four great-grandsons; two great granddaughters; three step-grandchildren; one niece and one nephew.

Pallbearers will be James Britten; Sam Gomez; Joe Moody; Rev. E. M. Norfor; David Velasco; and Buster Wade.
