Marie Ludovica VanHulst was born an only child into a life of privilege with bright blue eyes and beautiful copper penny red hair that she passed on for many generations. She lived in Moorsele, Belgium for the last half of her childhood, she was born in 10 AUG 1897 • Wevelgem, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium, on Aug. 10th 1879 & died on Nov. 23rd, 1966 she was the daughter of Peter Louis VanHulst & Amanda Fredricka Dolin. She was a woman of great faith with a sweet gentle heart. Who would lend her hands to anyone in need. She was a midwife and She took in many girls (unwed mothers) who were sent out of their father's homes because they were going to have a baby.
After they got to the states, Marie left her husband for 15 years. They remarried and had two more children. She Divorced Alouis again and lived out her life with her eldest daughter Julia.
