Surviving are a son Roger Forman, Aurora; a daughter Marilyn Jean Baker, Wasdensville; two brothers Melvin Stemple, Aurora, Don Stemple, Bruceton Mills; two sisters Madeline Wotring, Margaret Case, both of Aurora and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one brother.
Mrs Kovalck was a homemaker, a member of the Aurora Homemakers and a member of the St. Paul's Lutheran Church for over 50 years.
