Jason Ray "Buck" Buckley, 47 of Union Grove, the Morgan City area died Friday, September 12, 2014 in Madison, the results of a tree trimming accident.
He was owner, operator of Bucks Tree Service and enjoyed riding dirt bikes, motorcycles, video gaming and fishing; he also loved cars and was active in pet rescues.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at Brindlee Mountain Chapel, Morgan City, Brother Randy Blakely, officiating. The Family elected cremation to follow the service, Brindlee Mountain Chapel and Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel assisted the family with direction of the service and cremation arrangements.
He is survived by his brothers Tracy Lee Buckley and wife Rhonda, Jessie Wayne Buckley, His sister Betty Buckley Rice and husband Jimmy, his House Parent's Mom and Pop Hoyle and his God father John Chamablass

Mr. Buckley was born October 28, 1966 in Tyler, Texas, the son of Truitt and Alice Buckley. He was married 7 years to the former Kimberly Goben (Shelton) and has lived in the Morgan City area for the past 2 years. He was owner, operator of Bucks Tree Service and enjoyed riding dirt bikes, motorcycles, video gaming and fishing; he also loved cars and was active in pet rescues.

He is survived by his wife: Kim Shelton; two daughters: Dale Drinkard and Nicole Drinkard; two grandchildren: Micah Hostios and Ava Drinkard; four brothers and sisters-in-law: Jimmy Don and Tonya Johnston, Jesse Wayne Buckley, Tracy Lee and Rhonda Buckley and Jim and Ester Oettle; a sister and brother-in-law: Betty and Jimmy Rice; several nieces, nephews, cousins; house parents: Pop and Ma Hoyle; God Father: John Chamabless and many dear friends.
