Funeral services were held for Lucian McDonald, 59, at the Dunnville Christian Church on Tuesday of this week with the Rev. L.C. Young and Woodrow Damron officiating. Interment was in the Antioch Cemetery.

Death came to Mr. McDonald in Cincinnati of a heart condition on the 27th. He had been making his home there since the death of his wife about 18 years ago.

He was born in this county April 8, 1898, the son of Frank "Wolf" and Elnora Austin McDonald.

He is survived by a son, Eugene McDonald of Cincinnati; and two daughters, Mrs. Kathryn Langely of Indianapolis and Mrs. Betty Rose Saunders of Cincinnati.

He is also survived by six sisters: Mrs. Della Dickerson, Onarga, Ill.; Mrs. Ella Mason, Liberty; Mrs. Bess Keith, Cincinnati; Mrs. Elsie Loop, Cincinnati; Mrs. Stella Mignerty, Cincinnati; Mrs. Opal Wright, Dayton, Ohio and Mrs. Alice Thomas, Dunnville, Ky.

He was a member of the Dunnville Christian Church. He had been living with his children and sisters for the past two years in Cincinnati. He served overseas in World War I.
