Clarke was born October 9, 1947 in Sayre, PA a son of Dorothy Eberlin Adams and the late Clark Baker Adams. He was a member of the Sullivan County High School class of 1965.
He served in the US Army in Germany from 1968 to 1970 during the Vietnam War Era. He worked for Taylor Packing Co. in Wyalusing for many years. He was later employed by Kane warehouse in Tunkhannock from which he retired.
Clarke was a member of St. John’s Chapel, Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church and a member of American Legion Wyalusing Post #534.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at St. John’s Chapel, Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, Wilmot, PA. Interment will follow in the Colley Cemetery, Colley, PA.
