Robert Lee Barron was born in February 1871 in Cartersville, Georgia to Augustus L Barron and Susan Marinda Gay Barron, the first of ten children. He married Lena Lee Miller February 27, 1895 at the Cartersville court house, which is now a museum. They moved to Alabama shortly thereafter and started a family. Their children were Herschil Robert, Mabel Louise (Priddy), Robert Frederick, Kenneth Lee, Clifford, Clarence Earl, Ruby M (Deubel), Paul Leonard, Max and Faith Pandita (Shriver). They moved to Colorado, Arizona, and then Los Angeles, California. He died November 29, 1949.
