Thomas was born in Indiana County, Pennsylvania to Bert Blystone & Louise (Marsh) Blystone. Survivors: daughter, Bonnie Blystone of Valparaiso, Betsy Hodge & husband Cliff of Moscow Mill, MO, and Belinda Dobson and husband Garry of Valparaiso; sons: David Blystone and wife Marcie of Brazil, IN and Jon Blystone and wife Roxanne of Portage, IN; brothers, George Blystone of Lake Station, Indiana and Bill Blystone; 17 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.
There will be no visitation. Burial of cremated remaines will be held July 23, 2003 at 1 p.m. at Calvary Cemetery, Portage, IN.
