NELLIE ADELL RINGLER, 94, of Fort Wayne, died Tuesday, May 17, 2005, at Parkview Hospital.
Born Dec. 28, 1910, in Fort Wayne, she was the daughter of the late Clifton L. Snyder and Myrtle Wilcott. She was a homemaker and member of Women's Auxiliary Post 1421.
She is survived by daughter, Susan (Robert) Crowl; sons, Tony Blue of Las Vegas, Nev., Deon (Sally) Daugherty of Fort Wayne, Vollie (Diane) Wright Jr. of Stroudsburg, Pa. and Earl Tyson of Fort Wayne; brother, Clifton Snyder of Napa Valley, Calif.; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John Ringler.
Service is 11 a.m. Friday at C.M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home, 1327 Wells St., with calling one hour prior. Calling is also from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial in Covington Memorial Gardens. Preferred memorials to American Heart Association.
