Memorial Park announces the death of Rev. Andrew Jackson Daniel Jr. of Sautee Nacoche who passed away on Friday September 3, 2004 at Habersham Medical Center following an extended illness.

Funeral services will be at Memorial Park Chapel Tuesday at 2:00pm.

In Mr Daniel's long and vibrant life, he was a veteran of World War II, founded and pastored in the very first Assembly of God Church in Gainesville (Calvary Temple), he founded the Cleveland Church, City of Praise, and pastored there far a short time. Overall, his pastorship spanned 50 years. He was also known as a builder/developer in and around the Sautee-Nacoochee and Gainesville areas.

He was born in Jackson County, Ga, to the late Andrew Jackson Daniel, Sr. and Ellen Patterson Daniel. He is also precede in death by his brother Arthur Daniel.

Wife: Mary Daniel, Cleveland, Ga
Sons & Daughters-in-laws: Bill & Carolyn Daniel, Cleveland, GA; Gary & Susan Daniel, Loganville, Ga; Bob & Jennifer Daniel, Mission Viejo, Calif.
Daughter: Tammy Gibbs, Cleveland, GA
Sisters: Carrie Garnt, Sautee, GA; Bonnie Harrell, Alpharetta, GA; Lou Ellen Smith, Stockbridge, GA
