Son of Louis and Bertha Doss Kilpatrick.

He resided in Farmington, AR. He was a civil service employee of the Veteran's Administration Medical Center in Fayetteville, AR where he was a painter.

He was a 32nd degree Mason, a member of the Farmington Lodge # 291, a member of the Scottish Rite Western Arkansas Consistory, and the Order of the Eastern Star Goshen Chapter #614.

A Baptist and a lifetime resident of this area, he had served in the U.S. Marine Corps and was a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Was married 1st to Rena Franklin and from that union he had 3 children: Rickie Gene Kilpatrick of Sherman, Tx; Robbie Kilpatrick of Stringtown, Ok; and Debbie Kilpatrick Hutson of Stringtown, OK.

Survived by wife Lora Arbuckle Kilpatrick of the home, and children Vernon "Sput" Kilpatrick of Fayetteville; ARK.

daughters: - Patricia Jermier of Farmington, AR - and Kathy Hutchins of Fayetteville, AR.-

5 brothers; Paul, Bobby,Troy,Donnie, and Junior Kilpatrick all of Fayetteville.

2 sisters; Annie Doss of Prairie Grove and Ermmie Willes of Hardy.

6 grandschildren; and several neices and nephews. Masonic graveside rites at Baptist Ford Cemetery at Greenland Ark.
