Bertha Ann Munro was born to John F and Mary L Kenitzer on August 6, 1907 at Furney ?, SD, She came to ND with her family in 1911 and resided in the Reeder area, receiving her education at the Whetstone School. She was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran Faith.
Bertha was married to Donald Munro on June 4, 1932 at Scranton, ND. They were engaged in farming north of Reeder until 1972, when they moved to Reeder.
To this marriage two daughters and one son was born.
Bertha was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Reeder. She was member of the Cedar Creek Homemakers Club.
Bertha is survived by her two daughters: Mary Lou Vadner, Bowman, ND and Ivadelle Salmon, Reeder, and her son Phillip Donald Munro of Reeder. Also one brother, Ervin Kenitzer of Bucyrus. and nine grandchildren.
