Visitation will be 4pm-8pmCT, Sunday, Bernard Funeral Home, 367 N Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, and after 9amCT, Monday at the church. Burial will be in the Columbia City Cemetery, 315 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 73 years, Cloyd Andy Lacy Survivors include the following:
Four children: Marilyn (Lowell) Clark, Frankfort, KY; Meda (Louis) Antle, Louisville, KY; Sherry (Robert) Strobeck, Orlando, FL, abd Dr. John (Cindi) Lacy, Danivlle, KY
