Aaron Daniel Henry -March 7,1912-At the Catholic Cemetery at Crates, Pa. on Monday, March 4,1912, by the side of the wife who preceded him into the great-beyond 28 years ago, and in whose memory he has always remained faithful, was laid to rest all that was mortal of him whose name appears at the head of this sketch. Daniel Henry was born in Limestone Twp., on the farm now occupied by Bernard G. Aaron. He was the son of Daniel Aaron, one of the five Aaron brothers who came from Westmoreland Co. and who were original settlers in the vicinity of Crates and the last of a family of ten children. His mother, Mary Cyphert, who with her people, came from Westmoreland Co. about sixty yrs. ago. He married Rebecca Jones. They went into housekeeping on the farm where he was born and lived there until the death of Mrs. Aaron. To them were born a family of nine children of whom the following survive; Mrs. S.J. Connor, Limestone Twp. C.A. Aaron of Clarion; Sibert P. Aaron of Bakersfield, Cal; Frances, wife of D. A. Keck, of Redbank Twp., at whose home Mr. Aaron lived for the last 21 years and where he died; Mrs. Harry Reinsel of Redbank Twp; and Rose and Josephine now Sister Mary Vincent and Mary Stanislaus of the Sister of Mercy of Titusville, Pa. He also leaves 35 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren besides a host of friends to mourn his death.
