Debbie was born in Waynesville, NC 19 days after the death of her father Dutch from a construction accident.
Debbie and was a car saleslady for over 20 years. She is survived by her husband of 17 years, Dwight Mount of Duluth; daughters and sons-in-law, Karla and Chip Hall, of Oakwood; and Elizabeth and Matt Hunnicutt of Lewisburg, Tennessee; sister, Patti Culberson, of Canton; and grandchildren, Heather, Autumn, Peyton, Noah, Matthew and Addison.
Paternal Aunts Ruba Lee Rathbone Caldwell (James), Hester Rosetta Rathbone Cagle (Melvin), Margaret Regina Rathbone Meadows (Virgil), Amanda Evelyn Rathbone Meadows (John)
Besides her parents Debbie was preceded in death by her paternal Grandparents Orville William and Margaret Carleen Cody Rathbone. Maternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Worley and maternal Aunt Mary Alice Rathbone.
The family received friends one hour prior to the service at Bill Head Funeral Homes and Crematory. Debbie's Ashes will be returned to Beaverdam NC and interred next to her parents.
