She was born June 23, 1915, and adopted by John W. and Mildred (Parker) Osborn.
Mrs. Banta was an active member of Bradford United Methodist Church, Jackson County Extension Homemakers Club, she enjoyed sewing, crocheting, embroidery, cooking, loved to read, feed the birds, and keep up with all the family accomplishments.
She was preceded in death by her first husband; Al Falwell, second husband; George Banta, and parents.
Her survivors are one son; Mike Falwell of Bald Knob, one daughter; Sandra Malott and husband Wayne of Bradford, five grandchildren; Kimberly Malott, Eric Malott (Sharon), Stephanie Falwell, Kristie Meachum (Todd), and John Falwell (Colbie), seven great grand-children, James Townsend (Amber), Jessica Harmon (John), Tristan Falwell, Tanner Meachum, Easton Meachum, Isla Falwell, and Sawyer Falwell, and three great great grand-children; Cooper Allgood, Drew Townsend, and Jonathan Harmon.
Services were held at Bradford United Methodist Church. Interment was in Oakland Cemetery directed by Dillinger Funeral Home.
