JAMES BRADT RITES HELD AT GRAVESITE
Graveside services were held Monday morning in the Ord cemetery for James H. Bradt, 79, who died in Winner, S.D. April 20.
Reverend Warren Porter conducted the brief service. Bearers were John Haskell, George Gard, Henry Bresley and Ed Beranek. The Hastings-Pearson Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.
Funeral services, in charge of the Masonic lodge of Colome, S.D. Were held Sunday in Winner.
Mr. Bradt was born in Ord, November 17, 1877. He lived here until 1905, when he then went to Winner, and there occupied a homestead.
Survivors are his wife, three daughters and 19 grandchildren, two brothers, Archie Bradt, Ord; Ed Bradt, Lincoln; three sisters, Mrs. Harvey Parks, Ord; Mrs. Ben Timmerman, Lexington; Mrs. Wm. Hardekopf, Keenesburg, Colo.
Out of town people present for the services were Mr. and Mrs. Ed Bradt, Lincoln; Mr. and Mrs. Ben Timmerman, Lexington; Mrs. Sadie Post, Aberdeen, N.D.; Rex Bresley, Omaha; Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Parks, Mrs. W.J. Fitzpatrick, North Platte; Mrs. W. T. Speltz, Lincoln; Will Wisda, Lexington.
