On her gravemarker the death date is given as 7 September 1898, but she is on the 1900 census in her father Charles Allen Isbell's household with her siblings. The date of the 1900 census record was 1 June 1900. Other researchers have given her death date as 14 Sep 1900.
Apparently the grave stone was erected several years after the death.
Carolyn Murray Greer, descendant of her first cousin, provided her middle name Birdwell from a family tree and requested that the death date on the memorial be changed to reflect the 1900 date.

Some family trees show Charles Allen Isbell's brother John Riley Isbell and Martha Viola Aycock had a daughter Elizabeth Isbell born 1897 died 1898, who would be a double first cousin of Charles Allen Isbell's daughter Elizabeth Birdwell Isbell. Unless that is a mistake, it could be part of the confusion.
