Cancer Fells Resident Of Marlow Mrs.Elenore Armes,59,of Pine Circle Rd.,Marlow community,Clinton Rt.5,died at 7:30 a.m. last Thursday at Knoxville's Prebyterian Hospital of cancer.She was a member of Poplar Creek Baptist Church and enjoyed gardening,sewing and raising flowers.A native of Frost Bottom community,she was the daughter of the late Ed Lively and Mrs.Annie Lively,who survives.Other survives include her husband,Earl Armes,a daughter, Miss.Sylvia Jean Armes of Nashville, four sisters,Mrs.Bruce (Franics) Lane of Oliver Springs,Mrs.Leroy (Dorothy) Lane,Miss.Hattie Mae Lively and Miss.Edra Lively of Oliver Springs Rt.2,and four brothers,Curtis Lively of Maryville, Herbert Lively of Spartanburg,S.C.,Clayton Lively of Oliver Springs and Roy Lively of Oliver Springs Rt.2. Funeral services were held Sunday at Poplar Creek Baptist Church with the Rev.Jack Hyde and the Rev.Walter Hare officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
