Virginia W. Woods 94 of Childress passed away Wednesday October 2, 2014 in Childress Texas.
Services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 5, at the Ralls Cemetery Chapel with Tim Mills officiating. Burial is under the care of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.
Virginia was born on July 24, 1920 in Tom Oklahoma to Leon Hunkapillar and Winnie Weathers. She married Henry S. Woods in 1939 and they were married for 42 years. She loved to paint and she loved to study Bible literature. She attended the Church of Christ throughout her life.
Virginia is survived by a grandson, Steve Woods and wife Marcy of Reno Texas; a granddaughter, Teresa Reese and husband Robby of Childress Texas; seven great- grandchildren and 19 great- great grandchildren.
