Dearly loved husband of Doreen Barclay (nee Stewart) for 60 years.
Loving father of Bill Barclay and his wife, Melanie, of Owen Sound and Darlene Kieswetter and her husband, Gerry, of Fergus. Proud grandfather of Emily (Corey), Ashley (Kyle), Megan, Christina and Joe. Dear brother of Bernice Sims, of Owen Sound. Predeceased by his parents, William and Christina Barclay.
Glenn served a total of 31 years with the Owen Sound Police Department acting as Deputy Police Chief for 8 years and Police Chief for 10 years. He retired from the force in 1991.

WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 14th Street West, Owen Sound, Ontario on Sunday from 2:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service for Glenn Barclay was held at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, 2nd Avenue West, Owen Sound on Monday, September 10th, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Ian Johnston officiating. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery.
