Martha Ellen Jacobs, born April 9, 1849, near Buffalo Mills, died Dec. 6, 1932 at Altoona where she was visiting her daughter, Mrs. Miller. Death was caused by lobar pneumonia. She was the daughter of Samuel and Molly Moser Huffman, and was married to Charles Jacobs on Dec. 17, 1878. Surviving are four children: Irma, wife of Sewell W. Rouzer, Bedford; Daisy, wife of Wm. L. Lentz, Pittsburgh; Stella, wife of J. Ed Miller, Altoona, and Leroy Jacobs, of Buffalo, N. Y. She was a member of the Bedford M. E. Church. Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 2 p. m., in Bedford with Rev. Duvall officiating. Interment will follow in the Madley cemetery.
