Survived by wife, Judith Ann Burnham; children, Terry (Nina), Randy and Stacy; grandchildren, Stephany, Rebecca, Megan, Brianna, Yasik Rukavishnikov, Alexander and Sofia; great-grandson, Benjamin James Burnham; siblings, John, Bruce, and David; sister-in-law, Debra Thoreson.
