Cecka, Richard M. age 87 of Bloomington, peacefully went to be with his Savior on November 6, 2013, surrounded by his children. He was such a kind and gentle man and deeply loved by his family. He will be greatly missed. Navy veteran of WWII. Preceded in death by wife, Theresa; parents, Thomas and Emma Kennedy; sister, Sally Hagberg; and son-in-law, Mark Stevens. Survived by children, Kathy (Doug) Warne, Allen Cecka, Roxanne Stevens, Rick (Nan) Cecka and Shelly (Mark) Landberg; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-granddaughter; and sisters, Gladys (Buck) Zahratka and Shirley (Jack) Janda; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service 11:00 A.M. Tuesday with visitation one hour prior at Church of the Assumption, 305 E. 77th St., Richfield. Interment Oak Hill Cemetery.
