We were young when Dora was alive. I was 9 when Dora died, but my sister, while young, remembers her yelling and said she was afraid of her. A cousin remembers her as feisty

Dora left home because of the hard hand of her father and began working at George Dias' restaurant which is how she met and married George). Became a Catholic later in life as a result of her husband George Dias.
