She was born on June 17, 1936 in Purdy, Missouri, the daughter of the late Edward and Imogene (McKee) Wiseley. She was united in marriage in April of 1954 in Monett, Missouri to Billy Smith, he survives.
She was a homemaker.
Patricia is survived by her husband: Billy; two daughters: Janice Black of Lodi, California and Cindy Laning of Monett; one sister: Beverly Hilton of Springfield, Missouri; eight grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by both her parents: Edward and Imogene and one daughter: Pamela Carter.
