Mr.Loys Waters, age 85 of Morganton passed away November 13, 2012 at Brasstown Manor. Mr. Waters was born in Morgangon, Georgia to Tasker Waters and Lillian Voyles Waters. A member of New Mt. Gilead Church, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mazie Waters, brother, Robert Waters and sister, Edith Waters. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2012 at 12:00am at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with Military Honors by N. Georgia Honor Guard.
