Born June 12, 1908, in Deer Creek, she was the daughter of Cary and Cora (Campbell) Nice. On June 19, 1928 to Neil DeWitt, who survived.
Mrs. DeWitt was a 1926 grduate of Royal Center High and was a homemaker.
A member of Shiloh Lutheran Church, she attended Bethlehem Untied Methhodist Church.
Also surviving are five sons and three daugthers-in-law, Harold and Diane DeWitt, Darrell and Shirley DeWitt and James DeWitt, all of Logansport, Don DeWitt, Twelve Mile, and Dale and Diane DeWitt, Lucerne; two daughters Charlene Warner and Judy DeWitt, both of Logansport; 24 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren.
