John W. Liebler, age 58, of North Haven, passed away on Saturday, March 18, 2006, at The Hospital of St. Raphael in New Haven. He was the husband of Patricia Connelly Liebler. John was born in New Britain, CT on August 23, 1947. He was the son of Mary Satalino Liebler of West Hartford, formerly of New Britain, and the late John W. Liebler, Sr.
John was the former owner and operator of the Sunnyside Up by the Pond Infant and Toddler Daycare Center. He later worked as a claims adjuster for Metropolitan Insurance. John was a military veteran, having served in the Army National Guard. He and his wife enjoyed traveling together.
In addition to his wife and his mother, John is survived by his daughter, Jessica, of North Haven, and his sister, Marianne Beckius of Southington, CT.
John's life was celebrated in a Mass of Christian Burial at the St. Barnabas Church, North Haven, on March 23. Interment was in All Saints Cemetery, North Haven. The North Haven Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
