Mildred "Midge" Ruth Fleming, of Aspers, entered into God's wondrous Kingdom March 23 in Carlisle.

She was the daughter of the late Roy Edgar and Gladys Theresa (Ekins) Mellott.

Mrs. Fleming was a dietary supervisor at Green Acres in Gettysburg for 19 years, before retiring in 2000. She was a member of Memorial Baptist Church in Gettysburg.

She was the wife of Maurice H. Fleming, who departed this life October 18, 1997, and is survived by a daughter, Penny L. Clinedinst, of Aspers; three sons, Robert J. Fleming, of Aspers, Michael A. Fleming, of York Springs, and Ronald H. Fleming, of Orrtanna; two sisters, Norma Pittman, of Big Cove Tannery, PA, and Nancy Iden, of Hancock, MD; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
