Charles R. Dollison, 78, of Windham, passed away on Friday, March 24, 2006 at Robinson Memorial Hospital. Born October 23, 1927 in Salisville, Ohio, he was a U.S. Army Veteran of WWII, and was a school bus driver and maintenance man at Windham Schools for 30 years.
Charles attended the Windham Bible Church. He enjoyed working around his house and volunteered to mow lawns for the elderly.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth (Goss) Dollison whom he married Nov. 8, 1947,a son, a daughter, a brother Paul, sisters, Bonnie and Betty, his grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Georgia (Reynolds), and brothers, Eugene, Robert and Don, and sister, Mary.
Funeral services were held at 11 AM on Monday, March 27th. with Rev. Fred Youngen officiating. Burial followed in Windham Twp. Cemetery.
