Maggie was born to Frederick McCallum and Anne Brazier in Wisconsin. As a baby her father abandoned the family. Six years later her Mother would marry Leo Camins. She became a part of that family eventually having two half sisters. She traveled to California as an adult and worked as a nanny in the household of actress Rose Marie. She would speak of that with pride. She married Bob Anderson in Yuma, AZ and they settled in the Los Angeles area. She never had children, but she had parakeets which were like her children. She spent a lot of time with her nieces acting as Grandmother. In later years she and Bob went to
New Mexico to be near her sister and family. They remained there until their deaths.
