Bryan Bailey was born July 7, 1982 in Annapolis, MD, he graduated from Broadneck High School. Bryan was a member of the Steamfitters Union. He was a dedicated father-to-be, loving uncle, and was faithful and loyal to his family and friends. He will be remembered for his sense of humor and constant smile. Bryan was preceded in death by his father, Ray Charles Bailey, Jr.; and his grandparents, Ray Charles Bailey, Sr. and Jean Sylvia Morgan. He is survived by his fiancée, his daughter, his mother, a brother, a sister, his grandparents, two nieces and one nephew. Bryan Bailey passed away on October 19, 2014, he was 32 years of age.
