Abbie had a brother and two sisters who lived to adulthood, Charlie, Dora, and Barbara.
The 1930 US census listed Abbie's marital status as widowed. In June 1932 he married Mabel L. (nee Brancheau) Little. They were divorced in December 1933. Before the date of the 1940 census he had married again to a woman named Harriet. It was she who requested his military grave marker. I did not find a marriage record for this union.
