Dora Swartz Dora Swartz. 85, Beech Creek, formerly of Indiana, died at 1:15 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 1,1994, at Lock Haven Hospital. The daughter of Mark and Mamie McCracken, she was born June 11, 1909. in New Millport, Clearfield County. She "worked at the Beach Creek Post Office from 1931 to 1972 and was a volunteer at the Lock Haven Hospital. Surviving is one brother, Kenneth McCracken, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Swartz, to whom she was married for 50 years; her parents; two brothers, Clair and Gordon; and one sister. Nelma As- key. Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 3, in the Kelt Funeral Home, Beech Creek, where a funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 4. with the Rev. James Van Zandt officiating. Interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park. Lock Haven.
