Alphonse G. Acker of 231 N. Booth St., died at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Dubuque County Nursing Home.
Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the Church of the Nativity. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Hoffmann Mortuary.
Mr. Acker was born in Dubuque. He was a salesman for Farley & Loetscher Mfg. Co. for 35 years, and was a member of the Holy Name Society of Nativity parish.
Surviving is his wife, Madeline Noel Acker.
The Rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m. Friday and the New Liturgical Rite at 8 p.m.
