He was born Sept. 15, 1961 on Andrews Air Force Base, Md., the son of the late Col. Truman W. Crawford, Sr. and Lucille Ellis Crawford of Orrtanna.
Truman was a graduate of the School Without Walls in Washington, DC and worked for many years at the CIA. His passion was hockey and the Washington Redskins.
In addition to his mother, Truman is survived by a wife, Dr. Joyce Bullin; a son, Truman W. Crawford III; four brothers and sisters, Robert E. Crawford and his wife Sandra of Altoona, Pa., Cynthia L. Crawford of Stevensville, Md., David A. Crawford of Malibu, Calif., and Lisa Crawford of Ashland, Va. He was predeceased by a brother, Cannan Crawford.
A graveside memorial service to celebrate and remember Truman will be held Saturday, Oct. 25 in Flohrs Cemetery, McKnightstown, at 11 a.m.
