Charlotte was the daughter of Wilhelm Piepenbring, a confectioner of Braunschwieg Germany and Philippine Denig of Bavaria, Germany. She married Nicholas William Heins in 1894 in the Evangelical Church of Zion, Jersey City, New Jersey. Moved to the Bronx and had 10 children between 1896 and 1913 Her children were Nicholas William, Walter Edward, Charlotte A., Herbert Nicholas, Mabel, Arthur Robert, Ruth, Edith, Harry, and Mildred. Often Cared for grand daughters Annemarie and Barbara along with the help of her daughter Mildred. She Passed in Kent Nursing Home in Brewster Village, Putnam, New York....days before turning 98! She was Interred to rest on January 5,1973. Survived by Son Harry Heins, of Woodhaven, NY; Daughter Mildred McGuire and Family of Brewster Village, Town of Southeast, NY. Granddaughters AnneMarie Heins, Barbara Jean Heins and Elizabeth Ann (Betty) Heins of NYC.
