John David Chatterton, age 28, of St. Louis Park and Mpls; suddenly and without warning; the warm, caring,talented soul-mate and husband of surviving wife Linda; beloved son of Margot & David; survived by brother Mark & sister-in-law Julia Halberg; sister Kathryn Mallory & brother-in-law Paul Mallory. Mourned in his premature death by Grandfathers Clifford Chatterton and Trygve Hansen; Aunt Joanne Gilbert & husband Charles, Aunt Mary Kaltrelder & husband Robert, and many friends and colleagues. We will miss, but always remember, this wonderful man; his warmth, charm, wit and magnificent guitar music. He was a wonderful husband, son, brother, friend and teacher. Memorial service Saturday, Nov. 18 at 2 pm at Edina-Morningside Community Church, 4201 Morningside Road, Edina, MN. Memorials preferred to the John Chatterton Scholarship for Music Students.
