Anthony Mydlarz, age 64, of Port Henry, passed away on Sunday January 11th 1959 at the Mineville Hospital in Mineville, N.Y.
He had been employed by the Republic Steel Corporation in Mineville, N.Y.
He was a member of the Polish National Alliance.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Mydlarz, three daughters, Mrs. Helen Wyrocki of Port Henry, Mrs. Genevieve Graczyk of Boston and Mrs. Dorothy Zachar of Binghampton, four sons, Anthony, Stephen, Frank, and John of Port Henry, and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Wednesday morning at 9 o'clock in St. Patrick's Church in Port Henry.
Interment was in Mineville Cemetery.
