N. H. BUCHANAN, OLD TIMER, DIES IN HOSPITAL HERE
N. H. BUCHANAN, pioneer Radio resident, passed away yesterday morning at the local hospital, following a paralytic stroke. He was one of the highly respected farmers of the Irvine Flats country, and was one of the first settlers on the reservation. He was in his 63rd year at the time of his death.
MR. AND MRS. BUCHANAN came to Montana from Virginia in 1909, and the following year settled near Radio, where they have since resided. During his residence in the Flathead he and his family have made a large circle of friends, who will be sorry to learn of his death. He leaves to mourn his death awife and nine children. Four of the sons and two of the daughters were here at the time of MR. BUCHANAN'S death.
The funeral servies will be held from the Methodist church Saturday afternoon and burial will be made in Lake View Cemetery. The BUCHANAN family has the sympathy of their large circle of friends.
