Ranee was born October 14, 1971 in Springfield to Earl and Lois "Procter" Porter. She was a graduate of Logan-Rogersville High School class of 1989 and School of Cosmetology in Springfield. Ranee was a member of the Rogersville First Baptist Church.
Surviving are her parents Earl and Lois Porter of Rogersville; two sons, Derrion Donson and Creek Young both of Rogersville; daughter, Najee Donson of Rogersville; step-daughter, Bailey Young; brother, Mark Porter and wife Lisa of Rogersville; sister, Michelle Porter of Springfield; nephew, Chaz Porter and wife Toni and their children, Corbin and Bryson of Ft. Campbell, Ky.; grandmother, Maxine Spivy of Rogersville; in-laws, John and Barbara Young, Darren and Missy Thornton and children Brook and Bryce; special friends, Jeff Wells and Tracy Cole; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 14 in the Rogersville First Baptist Church with visitation from 1:00 p.m. until service time.
Due to allergies, no fragrances please.
Memorials may be made to the Citizens Bank of Rogersville for her children's fund.
