Ommie "Dutch" MacDaniel, 94, of Louisville, died Friday, December 12, 2003, at Twinbrook Nursing Home. A native of Kentucky, she was the former Ommie Pace,a a retired employee of the Executive Inn and a charter member of Highland Park 2nd Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Orby McDaniel; daughters, Orbyetta and Diane; son, Theodore; six sisters and three brothers. She is survived by her daughter Sug Bryant; Brother, Howard Pace(Geneva); grandchild, Chuck Bryant (Cheryl); great-grandchildren, Amy, Emily and Corey Bryant; and a very close friend, Charlie Klapheke. The family would like to express their deep love and gratitude to the stafff of Twinbrook Nursing Home. Their love and care shown to Dutch will always be remember. Her funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, with burial in Evergreeen Cemetery. Vistation will be from 2-6 p.m. Sunday. Memorial gifts may go to Kosair Children's Hospital or the Immanuel United Church of Christ Youth Group.
