LANCASTER, Minn. - Nicholas Sevigny, 10, Lancaster died at Altru Hospital, Grand Forks, of injuries he received in a snowmobile related accident on Sunday, March 5, 2006.
Nicholas Daniel Sevigny was born Oct. 25, 1995 at Montevideo, the son of Daniel and Vicky (Glad) Sevigny.
Nicholas moved with his family to Lancaster in 2005 and was in the 3rd grade at Lancaster Public School. He enjoyed playing with his friends, fishing, riding bike, playing video games, 4-wheelers, his G-I Joes and horses.

Family members include his mother, Vicky Sevigny, Lancaster; his father, Daniel Sevigny, Erskine; a brother, Albert Sevigny, Lancaster; a sister, Justine Hagen, Grand Forks; a half sister, Dannie Joe Sevigny, Erskine; grandparents, Diane and Richard Glad, Jr., Lancaster and Julie and David Floyd, Warren; great grandmothers, Junice Horgen, Warren and Cecilia Ardies, Appleton; as well as aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by a grandfather, Ken Sevigny; and great grandparents, Earl and Ruth Coffield, Richard Glad and Clarence Horgen.
Funeral services were Friday, March 10, 2006, 2 p.m. in the Lancaster Covenant Church.
Rev. Tim Bhajian presided. Janelle Hostrup was organist, Galen and Julie Nordin, duet and the Good News Kids. Honorary pallbearers were the Lancaster Third Grade Class.
Pallbearers were uncles Ken Sevigny, Rick Glad, Mark Glad and Jesse Strege.
Adamson-Austin-Hughes Funeral Home, Hallock, was in charge of arrangements.
