SAINT JOSEPH, MI — GLADYS I. (Leiter) McNABB, 83, of Saint Joseph, Mich., and formerly of Garrett, Ind., died Wednesday, April 28, 2010, at the Willows Nursing Home in Saint Joseph. Before moving to Michigan, she was an active member of Auburn Alliance Church.

She was born Jan. 23, 1927 in LaOtto, Ind., the daughter of the late Clarence and Pearl Edith Leiter. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law; a daughter and son-in-law; grandchildren; and three sisters, Dorothy Martin, June Hadley and Mary Peduto, and one brother, Ray Leiter. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold W. McNabb; four brothers, Glen, Glade, Robert and Cleo; and two sisters, Carrie Russell and Helen Thorn.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 1, 2010, with visiting one hour prior, at Auburn Alliance Church, 805 Old Brick Road, Auburn, Ind., with the Rev. Shaun Dufault officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Pinnington-McComb Funeral & Cremation Services, 502 N. Main St., Auburn, Ind. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery at Newville, Ind.
