Missouri death certificate # 20533 male, white, married, farmer. Parents Levi Brinley and Don't know. Mrs. J W Brinley informant. Bradford Funeral Home, undertaker. Interment Marionville May 14, 1937.
Note had him on my tree with March 6, 1952, have used the death certificate date. It does not agree with the monument date. His wife was the informant, and should have known his birthday.

John W. Brinley, for many years a resident of the Elm Springs neighborhood, southeast of Marionville, died at his home at five Wednesday afternoon. He was in failing health and suffered a stroke late Tuesday.. He was born March 6, 1856.
Funeral services will be held at two tomorrow afternoon in the Bradford Funeral Home and burial will be in the Odd Fellows cemetery. Surviving are his widow, one son Ted, one daughter, Mrs. Vivian Arney, both of whom live in the neighborhood.
