SERRA, WILLIAM J., 90, of 1 Midway Ave., Westerly, RI died peacefully Monday July 25, 2005. He was the beloved husband of Betty T. (DiPaola) Serra.
Besides his wife he will be sadly missed by his daughter, Diane S. Prete and her husband George and his two grandchildren; Andrew W. Prete and Jennifer Prete Wasfy.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10:00 AM in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, 111 High Street, Westerly, RI. There will be no cortege from the funeral home. Calling hours will be held today from 2-4 and 7-9 PM in the BUCKLER-JOHNSTON FUNERAL HOME, 121 Main St., Westerly, RI.
